Zander - a data engineering veteran who founded and currently leads Bytewax, an open-source software company specializing in streaming data.

With over a decade of experience in data infrastructure and data science at leading tech companies like GitHub and Heroku, Zander has an extensive knowledge of the ins and outs of the SaaS development world. As a true innovator and forward-thinker, Zander is continuously driving change in the industry and making it easier for developers to work with streaming data.

But it's not all about business for Zander. In his free time, he can be found exploring the natural beauty of Santa Cruz, whether he's catching waves in the ocean or hiking through the forest.

Oli is a Director of Developer Relations & Operations with years of experience creating strong developer communities and empowering developers to build amazing things. Oli believes that community is the lifeblood of OSS and SaaS businesses, and she is always looking for the ways to improve the developer experience.
Even outside work, Oli's interests are to create more equitable and inclusive communities, so she studies sustainable urbanism and explores how technology could help shape better neighborhoods.
