* Please catch up on Slack before coming into the office and starting your day
* Syd will help set up with notifications etc, knowing what channels they need to be in etc

* please contact Syd with calendar issues within 24 hours - critical that calendars work
* make sure they are on all devices you use regularly, Syd will spend extra time necessary
* please check calendar every night before a workday for the schedule
* please read the full description of any calendar events (may include locations, required materials, etc)
* please submit your shedule the friday before a week starts including any known unavailability

* please check work schedule against Meetings and Events calendar and report any conflict to Byrd ahead of time
