# 7/8 instructions

## General instructions
* Everything on the list below needs to be put into a bin that closes, with a lid, and labled
* For Lables
* use a full half sheet
* write big, write neatly
* put one on outward facing side of bin itself
* put one on bin lid
* Move each bin into the office storage room. Put each bin on the floor next to a shelf. Syd will check them and put them in the shelves

## Bin Categories

- [ ] see if it can all fit in one big bin, if not put into multiple
- [ ] UV flourescent spray on the center side by the couch: should go with road marking
- [ ] **Visibility vests**

- [ ] already in cardbord box on shelf, sould be in labled closing bin
- [ ] **Lanterns**
- [ ] seperate from flashlights
- [ ] anything that is battery powered light will go in flashlights or lanterns
- [ ] anything not battery poewred goes in rope lights bin in closet behind stage
- [ ] **flashlights**

- [ ] should fit in one small bin

- [ ] Lanyards without whistles attached
- [ ] Lanyards with no branding

- [ ] whistles all come with lanyards on them, include lanyards that come with whistles here
- [ ] plz keep seperate from plain lanyards that do not come with whistles and merch lanyards that have branding
- [ ] **Merch**
- [ ] Currently some in area in front of couch. Recon bag.
- [ ] Angel can answer merch questions
- [ ] Merch will go ontop of flat files in main office not office storage room
- [ ] **Emergency lights**
- [ ] orange, can all fit in a small bin
- [ ] Flares -
- [ ] leave packaged ones in existing packaging
- [ ] put loose flares that are already unpackaged (maybe 5 of them) in small bin.
- [ ] The rest can go directly on a shelf BUT make sure all flares fit on the same shelf
- [ ] Medical supplies
- [ ] Justin from Medical maybe coming today
- [ ] Consolidate in one area for him to go through

## Other Tasks
* box of table legs needs to be moved into center side by conference table tops (by large merch walls)
