We would like the proposal to include: * Fundraising from individual and institutional donors * promoting partnership and membership * helping potential partners and members acquire status * project management and support * public representation on behalf of the organization as the President; the main spokesperson for the organization * reporting on pipeline of possible funds, partners and members * regular regular updates of possibilities, numbers and projected distance * for various individuals or organizations: what is the compelling angle? What part of the message do we need to make sure is visible in our presence and work * secretarial support for the president role We have some additional questions, that we would like answered in a proposal: * What is a realistic range for deliverables in fundraising and partnership? * What do you think you can realistically close within 2022?
