# Meeting Retrospectives

## Description
Based on the insights of the Assignment 1.B we decided to have an individual retrospective at the end of each meeting in order to reflect on the possible flaws.
This survey contains the following:
- Effectiveness (1-5): How well was the productive time spent?
Ranking specification: 1 represents low producitivity and 5 represents high productivity.
- Efficiency (1-5): How much time was wasted?
Ranking specification: 1 represents lot of wasted time and 5 represents no time wasted.
- Communication Management (1-5): How much interruption/conflict was present in the meeting?
Ranking specification: 1 represents poor communication management and 5 represents good and healthy communication.
- Suggestions for improvement: Open ended discussion.

## Meeting 22-04-2022
> ### Subject: Deciding the sprint planning and creating the requirements.

*Suggestions for improvement:* We improved the communication by having a hand-up communication base. Which worked great! However we could go a bit more the the point during some topics.

*Suggestions for improvement:* I really liked the hand thing and I believe this time there were way less interruptions, lets keep doing that!

*Suggestions for improvement:* I believe the hand raising was very effective, however, it was not always enforced. There was still some steering off topics and a bit of back and forth on some topics, so having someone really decide what the topic of discussion is going to be and enforce it would create an even more effective meeting. Overall great 2nd meeting

*Suggestions for improvement:* Jort calling out the names worked very well I think. We still didn't really have the clearest idea of the project, so it's hard to distinguish what goes into what document. For next time we could try and separate it a bit more, and set the framework for what we are talking about. (like talking about system architecture while we are doing the requirements)

*Suggestions for improvement:* I think that on this one since it was late it was a bit more chaotic, therefore i suggest we should always try to keep the meetings early!!
