VnExpress said it plans to fly chartered flights to Nha Trang and Macau four times a week in April and three times a week from Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City to Haikou in mainland China. Under the current policy, the government will unilaterally waive visa requirements for citizens of 13 countries, including Russia, Japan, South Korea, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Britain, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Belarus, the official news service said. The policy will be in effect until March 14, 2025, and further extensions may be considered.
