## Broker Kick Out Proposal V5
### Tests
Juuso and Sam did some tests on example scenarios (not tested where pool goes to 0 yet)
Preventing pool value to 0 by not slashing 100%
Freeriding 10% penalty?
### Flag cancelling
- -> if cancel at any point possible -> shenanigans possible
- -> if only after a certain deadline -> anyone could cancel the flag and stakes are returned
- withdrawal restriction easy to check for flag
- account seperation needed for flagging broker to make sure that enough funds are available (also in case multiple flags are raised)
- min time in bounty -> not needed
### Size of flag stake
- fixed flag stake makes it simpler with respect to automation
- flat flag stake could be lower than bounty minimum stake
- 10% of min stake to make sure that at minimum the two are equal (10% slashing)
- must be able to pay reviewers
- should discourage dishonest flags
- typical min stake:
- should always be able to withdraw allocations
- only block unstaking
- however, if we reserve the % then it is harder to mess with people
- question of how fast voting comes to completion
- cost to broker that is flagged? or cost to peers of that broker?
- what constraints here: reviewer fee must be smaller or equal to flag stake
- (we want to consider dollar values too)
### Back2Bounty vs burning
- Local view for now -> cash back to bounty
### Next steps BlockSciene
- No big spec changes
- List out constraints (what needs to be bigger than what etc.)
- Numerical proposals for values
- (fix the 10% for slashing now if everyone feels good about it - no real substance to it for now)
- size of fixed rewards etc ($)
- at least gas fees plus computation cost
- flagging should be rare event not common (some monetary risk)
- meeting next thursday
