# 8/4/2022 Meeting Notes
## Pool Value = 0
- There was discussion around the behaviors for when a pool value is equal to 0 and what should happen
- Three possible options:
- 1. Delete all tokens
- 2. Lock the pool for forever
- 3. Make it so that when a new delegator looks to join all the old delegators get shares equal to a constant times the new shares or something similar
## Staking and Unstaking
- What is the best mechanism to force back stake or get out of a scenario where one broker is not earning revenue but still has stake staked on a stream
- There could be a mechanism to force a withdraw
- Slashing logic needs to align between the stream agreement and this mechanism to avoid issues
- One thought it an ability to declare for withdraw and then after two weeks if there is still stake having a force withdraw
- Could also have an option to immediately withdraw that incurs a penalty
## Pool Value Accounting
- Pool value needs to reflect unearned revenues
- When someone goes to deposit or withdraw, is it that either revenues are automatically pulled from all streams or that a valuation is done from all streams for unearned revenue
## Meeting Take-aways
- Sam will look at the updated spec more closely with relation to the new withdraw queue and reach out either async or for a meeting to further discuss
- Sean will investigate into a forced take out solution
- Streamr team will review the broker self-staking proposal from Sean
