# 8/18/2022 Meeting Notes
## The Graph Relationship
- A lot of emphasis was placed upon how similar the graph and streamr are
- One thing that the graph has is that delegators can't actually get slashed at all
- A take away from the meeting is that a lot of the next iteration should have specific call outs to what the graph has done and how it might benefit streamr
- Understanding the indexer perspective would be very helpful
## General Thoughts
- Brokers should have flexibility to be able to hop around between bounties
- There needs to be a way to make sure withdraws don't trigger slashing
## Take Out Proposal
- With the grace period idea, it could be that the tip of the queue is the first to get paid out no matter what but anyone can call to start the waterfall of payments
- Proposal 2, the immediate withdraw with penalty, should be something taken care of in the secondary market
- Priority 3 about withdraw priority probably doesn't make sense since a forced take out should happen rarely and be seen as a penalty. If broker's want to pick which streams are unstaked, they ought to do it before the grace period is up
- This comment above is the difference between graceful and non-graceful exits
- Question of what the vetting is for different bounties
- Good area of further research would be looking at possible malicious pool joining that could take place
- Having a global maximum for the time before a broker can leave without getting slashed makes a lot of sense
## Final Thoughts
- For tasks, creating a version 2 of the two proposals will be useful
- We want to list things that should be guaranteed for the brokers and delegators, especially in terms of variables
