# Job Description for an Technical Community Manager

As BlockScience engages with GitcoinDAO on a more advisory/support role, there's an additional emphasis on delivering a soft interface that allows us to keep tabs on what's being discussed on the FDD groups, mainly the Discord channels while making sure that our SMEs as activated as desirable.

The **Technical Community Manager** will be responsible for doing **daily / bi-daily checks** on what's happening, **and for activating the relevant SMEs** with an useful amount of context. Also, **the TCM should be able to provide quick replies** to the DAO for questions / problems which have common knowledge answers.

## Goals

- Daily checks on all FDD channels on Discord
- Replying and engaging with the inqueries that are "trivial"
- Directing "non-trivial" inqueries to BSci's SMEs
