They collaborate in dynamics of immersive learning, sharing knowledge and learning by doing, based on the needs of the community and **learn how to do it better as they interact** regularly." --- ### The methodologies for these **learning exchanges** and forms of interaction **must be defined collectively** and not hierarchically, having as a concern the inclusion of gender, race/ethnicity, diverse habilities and different levels of knowledge, validating empirical knowledge and promoting an environment free of prejudice. --- ### Be patience & trust the process We (as in LOCNET team) are very much learning by doing and can refine the strategy as we go forward and are very interest in hearing your feedback on Active Infrastructure. --- ### Cop - Sustainability This CoP will address finantial sustainability (how to access fundings, capex, opex, wholesale markets...) but also practices and methodologies that foster community engagement so that the CN can be sustainable from a social and communal perspectives especially in terms of participation and tailoring of services. What other editals are there for CNs? - How to build skills on project writing and managing? --- ## Community Sustainability (Human resources, diversity and community engagement): - How to do collective implement, manage and maintain a local server and local services? - How to create capacity building to use/manage captive portals and not rely in one tech savy? How Pirania/captive portals can contribute to community engagement? (e.g. call to action through the portal) - Is content/media production a way to also generate income for community members and engage youth, elders and women?
