## October 20, 2022

**Lil Nouncil’s Mandate**
- Lil Nouners have voted for Lil Nouncil to focus on building a subDAO pod that votes on Nouns Prop House rounds. While coordination with other subDAOs is under the works, Lil Nouncil will continue to find ways to collaborate with others to use Lil Nouns’ Nouns holdings to vote on Nouns’ Prop House rounds.
- Lil Nouncil will place itself in 2 Discord servers; 1 in Nouns Square, another in Nouncil. Choice of those two servers has been made based on increasing visibility, alignment to Lil Nouncil’s current mandate, and ability to raise Lil Nouns’ social capital.
- The exact framework used for voting on Nouns’ Prop House will be clarified further by Lil Nouncil.

**Structure of Lil Nouncil**
- Given the existence of Nouns’ Nouncil, having the term ‘Nouncil’ in ‘Lil Nouncil’ has made it ambiguous. This calls for a change to its name. A few name suggestions have been made from the community:
- Lil Representatives
- Lil Reps
- Lil Agents
- Naming discussions are still open. Lil Nouncil hopes to get better names in the coming days.
- 4-5 weeks (date to be decided and announced) after working on its mandate, Lil Nouncil will present what it has done and the community will vote on the continuation of Lil Nouncil's work.

**Next Steps**
- Lil Nouncil will further clarify framework for using Lil Nouns’ Nouns to vote on Prop House based on desired outcome.
- Lil Nouncil will change its name.

## October 12, 2022
So much happened the past week. Prop house's revamp has changed the course of Lil Nouncil's current priority which was to propose onboarding as a proposed Nouns funded mandated round. It was discussed on the meeting to choose one priority and go with it because on one hand, Lil Nouncil is building a subDAO alliance that is focused Prop House voting. Said alliance could potentially represent 340 votes. On another hand, Lil Nouncil is also going considering voting on prop house.

Lil Nouncil decided to let the community decide what task to prioriti`s`e. Hence, an idea for a community-informed Lil Nouncil Mandate. Lil Nouncil will use snapshot to let the community decide what to focus on for the next coming 3-4 weeks.

**Next Steps**

Lil Nouncil has tasked Brook to work on setting up a snapshot space for letting community choose Lil Nouncil's focus for the next 4 weeks. Here are the current choices:
1. Setting up, and operating a subDAO alliance that votes on prop house
2. Voting on Lil Nouns Prop House

## October 6, 2022

Brook and SQ brought Lil Nouncil up to speed regarding the subDAO Call. Then, Lil Nouncil discussed the use of current Prop House round to submit ‘onboarding’ as an idea. This will then be a test as to how subDAOs can form a coalition and vote together. Should this become a solidified Prop House round, subDAOs will have the choice to vote for their builders.

- Brook has been tasked to write out the idea
- Lil Nouncil, along with subDAO representatives, will review and discuss
- Once finalized, idea will be submitted.

[Lil Nouncil's structure](/CxqvN8ALQqat5CaZP1MX3w) has been discussed and agreed upon, with some changes to its current priorities.

- Lil Nouncil will hold off voting proposals as it will focus its efforts on leveraging Lil Nouns' Nouns holdings in a way that:
- funds Lil Nouns' and subDAO’s builders.
- leveraging current and future prop house mandates.
- SQ and Brook have began discussions with subDAO's to propose a mandated round that meets top subDAO needs. Winners would then port their solutions over to Nouns. The first call will be held on <t:1664560800:R> and will be focused on officially kicking off the process.
- After initial call, SQ and Brook will update the Lil Nouncil, triggering Lil Nouncil's full-involvement in the matter. Scoping will take place once Lil Nouncil is updated and fully involved.
