        • a lot of interest has been shown from different parts of the community to run prop house rounds.

      • baba suggested Content Pod setting up mandates in Nouns Prop House. If there is a way Lil Nouns builders can port their work to Nouns. An interesting concept and it is something Will Price has been pushing for. We have the votes/support, a matter of finding the way.
      • how can we extract value from their treasury in a way that benefits both Nouns and lil Nouns and the Nounish community at large, then we have a win-win-win.
      • make a proposal, and pitch it to dot and al and help it go on Nouns' chain. in way, following suit with how Data Pod did theirs.
      • Nouns have clearly signalled funding through prop house. soon, we will have multi UI, which facilitates niche rounds. this gives us an opportunity to come up with unique mandates and push for them. Timing wise, this is good.

      • the advantage comes when we gather teams and builders that are lil nouns native, and brand said team as Lil Nouns.

        • as someone who doesn't know anything about rugradio, what is the extra benefit for Lil Nouns partnering with RugRadio. can you give us a "explain it like i am 5".
        • zack responded: imagine you have an opportunity to create content for Viacom but you own the rights and IP in that platform and ecosystem. rugradio is the first and largest decentralized media company. there is viacom for IRL, rugradio for web3.
        • they are in a process of creating incentives for their listeners. if attend and participate in the spaces, you earn tokens and participate in their governance.
        • rugradio is diverse; people from different web3 communities are there.
        • rugradio is supporting creating as much as possible. they are providing creators tools to help them become successful.

        • onboarded 3 lil sisters through his show. the numbers are there, through the partnership with Rug Radio, lil nouns are getting visibility.
        • rug radio ecosystem is so diverse. a lot of lil nouns holders are in rug radio but they aren't engaged as they are not onboarded. the purpose of this weekly space is to bring them over. weekly Twitter Spaces allows for more participation and onboarding
        • re: payrate. ZackRadio mentioned he spends time doing research, keeping a pulse on things as they happen is important and possibly the only way to get quality content in our Twitter Spaces as it allows time dedicated solely to doing research and keeping up to date.
        • pilot recap:
          • first episode was done with aubtoshi, a strategic approach. aubtoshi is an active member of the nounish community, aubotshi is a living proof of concept. by having aubtoshi as a guest, and speaking on what she has been doing, allows for audience to find opportunity and conesequently buy in to the nounish community.
          • second episode was with lil sisters. at the time, they just received funding from lil nouns. potentially being funded by lil sisters gives audience proof of concept, and consequently buy in to lil nouns community.
          • third episode outsider collectives. they are builders in web3. in that episode, ZackRadio gifted a Lil Noun to grade school teacher because what we are doing with Lil Nouns is bigger than web3.
          • fourth episode noun o' clock. highlighted nouns ecosystem.
        • the future is to educate many people about the lil nouns community. raise awareness of proposals coming in. consequently helping with our voter engagement. and engagement with community.
        • one of Zack's long term goal is to facilitate props that have ROI. and seeing potential of onboarding IRL businesses.
        • partnership with rug radio is an opportunity to build together.
        • branigan.eth asked if Zack would be open to targetted sessions.
          • Zack said that he will highlight builders. and potentially have a step-by-step onboarding space. or an AMA session.
        • brook asked if Zack would be open to scale his prices and consequently scope down and see where it goes. this is because one of the pushbacks from community has been about price.
          • ZackRadio responded by saying he is quite passionate about this prop, and will not half-step.

      • we can reverse the contract if the reserve price change is detrimental to our DAO. We are a malleable DAO.

      • we can watch for a week and decide. there are several reasons that the data could be seen positively or negatively. it is better to first track how the change has impacted our DAO.
      • unique users have increased after the change in reserve price. it has been changed upward.
      • settling and kcikcing off the next auction is something to think about. UI could be more informative.
      • the bots have already set a reserve price. now it is very direct. this is something the market has already decided. we just solidified it. market was compensating for inefficiencies, now we are making it efficient.
      • FOMO noun idea is good. It can potentially drive up demand.
      • FOMO + reverse dutch auction are a potentially elegant solution.
      • by potentially allowing people to choose, the mechanism is able to capture demand during a bull market. it enables the market to choose rarity. brilliant solution.
      • the cadence of Lil Nouns is important to provenance. Changing cadence is too significant to change to the protocol.
      • since we have done it now, let's leave it long enough to collect data, see where that goes, and make decision to reverse or not using the data.
      • the more efficient we become to get funding to builders, the better we grow. it is also bottom-up; a web3 native approach.

        • Do the proposals necessary have to bring back revenue or are they non-profit?
          • The most important thing is proliferating the meme and adding value to the ecosystem.
          • One thing to be careful about DAOs and NFTs is that some regulators see tokens as securities. Not exactly non-profit, but not explicitly for profite. Better to reflect and research the regulation in your country.
          • Nouns is incorporated. Lil Nouns is not.
        • Does the funding encourage the builder? or is it one and done? (question on talent retention perhaps)
        • Felt a bit unclear when stepping into the DAO

          • There are whales. They are buying. One of the whales is a big nouns and lil nouns holder.
        • What is the visual difference between a noun and lil noun?
          • The torso and the noggles. It takes a lil while to spot it faster, but the difference's is there.
        • Where can I find history of funding?
        • Are onchain proposals in relation to Lil Nouns? Are you building product around Lil Nouns?
          • The idea is that you are propagating the meme in those proposals
        • Are you able to access the token gated Nouns channels using the nouns we own?
          • We have a League of Lils owned Discord account, we access it using that
        • What does a subDAO look like?
          • Lil Goblins DAO is a subDAO from Lil Nouns. They collectively buy Lil Nouns. A subDAO of Lil Nouns proliferates the Lil memes.
          • Forks can be an entire DAO structure or sub-components. Some modularize functionality.
          • Could Lil Sisters find a subDAO in our Lil Nouns community? They will use their own meme to onboard womxn and non-binary people.
          • Given how secondary market royalties may not exist, Nouns form of auction is interesting. Possibilities are endless for subDAOs.

      • Pushed out an update to our website. METAGOVERNANCE! Discussion:
        • We have the ability to vote on Nouns proposals on the front-end. This is first step of many that helps us participate in Nouns governance. EXCITING!
        • This removes fragmentation. UI is cleaner and ties into Nouns. The experience should feel visceral – almost as if you are in Nouns. Currently, this is a snapshot in new skin. The frontend is the website.
        • Here is how it works: new proposal appears in NounsDAO, League puts a TL;DR on snapshot, the code reads that and puts it up on Lil Nouns website.
        • Metagovernance onchain implementation, we will see ability to have thresholds, and ability to spread votes on Yes, No and Abstain. The votes could be weighted as well.
        • The UI helps with voter engagement too.
        • Sidenote: the more one buys, the more engaged they become. motion and brook attested to this.
      • Fun fact: hab is one of the founding designers at Discord, has designed Facebook Messenger and is the lead designer at Rainbow.
      • New Lil Nouns traits: Finalizing new traits. Dot is working on discrepancies on palette. Once done, he will ship.

Summaries of weekly Lil Nouncil calls, organized by time. October 20, 2022 Lil Nouncil’s Mandate Lil Nouners have voted for Lil Nouncil to focus on building a subDAO pod that votes on Nouns Prop House rounds. While coordination with other subDAOs is under the works, Lil Nouncil will continue to find ways to collaborate with others to use Lil Nouns’ Nouns holdings to vote on Nouns’ Prop House rounds. Lil Nouncil will place itself in 2 Discord servers; 1 in Nouns Square, another in Nouncil. Choice of those two servers has been made based on increasing visibility, alignment to Lil Nouncil’s current mandate, and ability to raise Lil Nouns’ social capital.
