## Work Updates
#### Sowmya
- template the tasks and requirements for the websute
- productions and deployment (heroku) of site
- roadmap
- looking at tools (dynamic)
- miro board for interactive sessions with the community to capture info
##### Outcomes:
- deprioritize roadmap
- we don't need another tool (happy to have it stay on github and stay within milestones and issues)
User testing to be moved
- feedback is important but can be bumped down the priority list
Sowmya has awesome development skills and so the core of Sowmya's time is the dev and having a website that works with open humans
- functionality
Deprioritize working on CSS and HTML prettiness
Deprioritize miro board and asking for opinions
- we don't have space to take feedback onboard at this point
#### Lottie
- working on the onboarding pack
- contributing skills
- what skills do people need for various contributions
- tidying up the git repo
The AutSPACEs contributing guidelines goes and links into The Turing Way
#### Georgia
- how to roadmap in an open way
- coworking on projects
##### Outcome:
- Open an issue and to design the roadmap INSIDE an issue
- Current Issue -> https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/AutSPACEs/issues/95 -> which details out some of the work that can be done
- ^ this issue is now pinned so it can be found
- [this issue](https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/AutisticaCitizenScience/issues/72) is what Lottie should keep an eye on for ideas and updates (eg. how to build a platform)
- full working pieces instead of a whole MVP
##### Recap:
- The "Roadmap Issue" should be a collection of issues
- people then comment on OTHER issues that should be included in the project
and *those* gets built into the roadmap
- **@Lottie** will then order the issues that pop up
- her role is to order the tasks
##### Discussion:
Don't want discussion on the issue itself
- the "roadmap" is one issue
- and there are other issues that have discussion and are ideas that people from the community have
## Outcomes
We want to stay on github and use the tools for github
Sowmya to deploy something to heroku to demo it by tomorrow
Set up a "core roadmap" git issue that Lottie will manage
Set up discussion/many issues which captures ideas for the project
- [discussion/ideas issue](https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/AutisticaCitizenScience/issues/462)
**@Lottie** to think about where meeting notes go in the git repo
- and tell **@Sophia** where to push these notes
#### Moving Forward
Ping **@Lottie** when ideas about the project are generated
**@Lottie** to oversee the pieces that get added to the "roadmap" git issues
- https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/AutisticaCitizenScience/issues/462
**@Sowmya**
- core pages need to exist and function how they are aimed at functioning
- integration with Open Humans
- the focus is getting the funcationality working
**@Sowmya** to give a demo of the site in this week's meet up.
- deploy it to heroku before tomorrow
The AutSPACEs contributing guidelines goes and links into The Turing Way
How to use github to curate roadmap should be a chapter in the Turing Way
- Lottie to keep track of the work process so she can curate it into a contribution
**@Lottie, @Sowmya, @Sophia** to read the [Health Report](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Q_OXIUH2ZzMYdb1CnfW-49rT1jzoNh_XIzqNvQVyiEI/edit?usp=sharing) that @Georgia wrote.
