Dear project lead,

**Thank you for submitting a project to the 2020 OHBM Brainhack! Here is some info to get ready for your project.**

- *Project pitch*: On day 1, you will present your project for a maximum of 3-5 min (0-3 slides). We are excited to hear about your project, **please get ready for your pitch**.
- *Setup*: **Please come to the first coffee on Day 1** so that we can take some time to introduce you to our platform and test your setup.
- *Engage with other project leads*: **Say hi to your fellow project leaders in the [project-leads private channel](https://mattermost.brainhack.org/brainhack/channels/hbm-project_leaders)**. We will also use this channel to communicate with you.
- *To create a safer environement* for all our attendees, **please keep the link to your video room private at all times**, this is very important to reduce the risk of [videobombing](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zoombombing).
- *Video channel*: For your video calls, you are very welcome to use the solution that works best for you and your team members. Please keep in mind that some solutions will have geographical restrictions.

**How will participants join my project?**

During the 30min *Project Q&A*, participants will come to your project video room to meet and discuss your project. Participants will then decide on which project they want to contribute to. Be ready to welcome new participants into your project! After the Q&A, you will run a *Project Kick off* in which you will meet with your team and decide on ways of working (cf. below).

#### Day 1: Your project pitch, Q&A and kickoff

**Project pitch**: You will have 3 minutes on the stage to present your project. *Please prepare 1-3 slides and include your project title, Github issue number, name of your mattermost channel and project lead(s) mattermost username(s).*

**Project Q&A**: After the project pitches, each project lead will go to their project videoconference room. Attendees will have the opportunity to go from one room to another and ask questions about the projects.

**Project kickoff**: During this session, you will meet with your team and decide on ways of working. Our project monitors will provide a list of questions that you may answer throughout this session.

#### Day 3: Wrap up
Esp if for the twitter team we can ask the project lead to collect twitter handles of participants and to prepare a very short summary of what was done (280 characters)
