# DAO Creation Options
1. DAOHaus - Moloch DAO
* Permissioned Entry for voting shares - members make a proposal to join.
* Shares are in the form of Nontransferable erc20 tokens.
* Cash have as many addresses for shares at as you want at DAO summoning, after that every share is issued via proposal and votes.
* People have the option to Rage Quit at any time, with their share of the treasury.
* New features include the ability to control a gnosis safe on mainnet from the less expensive to govern from, gnosis chain.
* Ability to perform multi call contract calls, autonomously, after a vote.
* People can have loot shares, which gives them rage quit ability for their funds but does not give governance power. Enables a more nimble DAO, with a core team executing proposals.
* Care must be taken at summoning the DAO to ensure settings are correct as they are unchangeable. This is changing with the new contracts, but they are a month or two from public release. Just code locked yesterday.
2. YEETER - Moloch DAO
* Also from the DAOHaus team
* Yeeter allows for fundraising and non permissioned entry into a Moloch DAO
* Fundraising will give donars loot shares in the DAO but the day to day is done by a core team.
* They often would use snapshot in order to hold "community votes."

3. Juicebox
* Popoular "DAO" creator. - It's essentially a fund raiser.
* People receive a "token"
* Funds raised would be moved to a multi-sig wallet
* * Token is meant to be used as a governance token.
* It would be up to the DAO to develop the governance structure, Ie snapshot voting.
* Voting would essentially send signal to the multi-sig signers.
* I fucking hate this kind of DAO, there are all sorts of problems with this sort of way to do it and generally become a shit show.

4. Orca
* Not ready
* Small teams or pods interconnected.
* pretty dope.

5. Aragon Governance
* Popular but I can't speak intelligently. I've seen something called conviction voting that has been integrated to Aragon, but I don't think it's what we want here.

BTW: I'm a member of The Commons Stack
6. Gnosis Safe Snapshot
* Can just set up a multisig gnosis safe wallet amd ask people to donate.
* Donaters can get a poap or some other token
* This can be used to get access to snapshot voting
