Hello everyone, I’m Bob from Taoyuan. I graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering of NCKU and I’m studying for a first-year master’s degree at the Institute of Semiconductors of NCKU. I live in a simple life but I won’t put myself under pressure. Although I believe that stress is a necessary experience for people to grow, but release stress is even more important. I will definitely go to the gym every day, because good body shape and physical strength can allow me to deal with many more difficult tasks.
# 之前最擅長甚麼科目 該如何完善這門科目
我之前最擅長的科目是工程數學，因為我對數學對於邏輯解題方面很感興趣，我當時會與幾個好朋友一起約假日的時間，一起坐在咖啡廳裏面討論課本後面的習題，在與朋友的討論中產生出的成就感是令人興奮的。
The subject I was best at engineering mathematics, because I am very interested in mathematics and logic problem-solving. At that time, I would gather with a few good friends for a holiday, sit in a coffee shop and discuss the exercises in the textbook. The sense of accomplishment from friends' discussion is exciting.
# 你之前最不擅長甚麼科目 為甚麼不擅長 怎麼面對的
我大三的時候最不擅長程序控制，因為當時覺得程序控制調整參數很抽象，以及對於調整PID參數會得到不同的響應感到困惑，所以就真的被當掉重修該門科目。並且在大四統整過後各個科目後發現程序控制與工程數學是一樣的東西，包括許多的數學轉換。
I struggled with process control when I was in junior year because I felt that process control adjustment parameters were very abstract, and I was confused about the different responses to adjusting PID parameters, so I failed the subject. And after the integration of various subjects in the senior year, I found that process control and engineering mathematics are the same logic, including many mathematical conversions.
# 你會如何克服你在學業上遇到的困難
我會找好幾個朋友一起討論老師課堂上所教導的事項以及會去額外找原文書來看看老師是否有沒有提及的重點。

# 如果你是個leader你會如何帶領團隊
我認為在一個團隊，是沒辦法讓大家都盡善盡美的分配到公平的工作項目，但我會讓大家都感受到一視同仁的感覺並且讓他們對於團體有認同感，因為團體的和善是很重要的。
I think that in a team, it is hard to let everyone be perfectly assigned to fair work tasks, but I will let everyone feel equally treated and let them have a sense of identity with the group because the sense of belonging in the group is very important.
# 遇到創新想法跟規則的衝突你會怎麼做What do you do when you encounter conflicts between innovative ideas and rules?
我會選擇如何才能讓公司獲取最大利益為優先，因為任何抉擇都是公司所負擔的成本大於我們所需要付出的成本，所以一切以公司為考量
I will choose how to maximize the company's benefits as a priority because any choice will cost the company more than we need to pay so everything is considered by the company is first.
# 你為甚麼會選擇我們這家公司
因為ASML是世界上數一數二的外商半導體公司，無論是規模、人數、企業福利都是業界第一，而且在大四的時候Spensor Lin有來我們系上分享貴公司的EUV技術，所以讓我覺得你們公司與其他半導體公司有很大的優勢，還有其他兩點我簡單概述，第一點我想在暑假的的時候比我的同儕們早一步接觸業界所學，第二點我認為我值得這筆獎學金，有了這筆高額的獎學金我可以更有企圖心的學習，以及為ASML推廣貴公司的好處。
