###### tags: `Tutorial` # Tutorial: IP App ## Installation #### Install on mobile 1. Pop up for installation appears a few seconds after you open the application URL on the web browser. 2. Click **INSTALL** to install the application on your mobile phone. 3. The application is added on the home screen and listed on the application list. 4. You can open the appilcation from home screen. *The address bar to input URL will no longer be shown after installation.* #### Install on PC 1. Pop up for installation appears a few seconds after you open the application URL on the web browser. 2. Click **INSTALL** to install the application on your PC. 3. The application shortcut is added on your desktop. 4. You can open the appilcation from the application shortcut. *The address bar to input URL will no longer be shown after installation.* ### Push Notification #### Allow Push Notification 1. Pop up for allowing push notification appears after you open the application. 2. Click **Allow** to allow the application to send push notification. 3. The first push notification will be sent soon after you allow it on your device. ## Sign Up #### Sign up with email address 1. Open **Sign Up** page. 2. Select **Email** as the sign up option. 3. Input your email address & password. 4. Receive email sent to your email address and click link to verify your account. #### Sign up with phone number 1. Open **Sign Up** page. 2. Select **Phone** as the sign up option. 3. Input your phone number & password. 4. Receive OTP sent to your phone number. 5. Input OTP to verify your account. ## Login #### Login on mobile *Click floating action button at the right top of the screen.* #### Login on PC ***LOGIN** button is shown on the toolbar.* #### Login with username 1. Open login page 2. Select **Username** as the login option. 3. Input username and password. 4. Click **LOGIN** button. #### Login with email address 1. Open login page 2. Select **Email** as the login option. 3. Input email address and password. 4. Click **LOGIN** button. #### Login with phone number 1. Open login page 2. Select **Phone** as the login option. 3. Input phone number and password. 4. Click **LOGIN** button. *Phone number format: (Example) 081586050590* ### Forget Password ``` Login > Forget Password ``` 1. Open forget password page. 2. Select your login option. 3. Select how to verify your account. #### Answer security questions 1. Select **Answer Security Question** in **Forget Password** page. 2. Input the answer for your security question. 3. Click **VERIFY** button. 4. Input new password and confirm password. 5. Click **RESET PASSWORD** button. #### Send email link to your email address 1. Select **Send Email Link** in **Forget Password** page. 2. Receive email sent to your email address and click link to verify your account. 3. Input new password and confirm password. 4. Click **RESET PASSWORD** button. #### Send OTP to your phone number 1. Select **Send OTP** in **Forget Password** page. 2. Receive OTP sent to your phone number. 3. Input OTP and click **VERIFY** button. 4. Input new password and confirm password. 5. Click **RESET PASSWORD** button. ## Log Out #### Log out on mobile ``` Menu > Log Out ``` 1. Open **Menu** page. 2. Click **LOG OUT**. #### Log out on PC 1. Click your name on toolbar. 2. Open **Menu** page. 2. Click profile picture or your name to open Profile page. #### Profile on PC 1. Click your name on toolbar. 2. Click **PROFILE** from USER menu. #### Edit profile picture 1. Click on **Profile Picture**. 1. Select file and click **SAVE** button. #### Edit other information 1. Click on each information. 2. Enter your personal information and click **SAVE** button. ### Reset Password ``` Menu > Profile > Reset Password ``` 1. Open **Reset Password** page. 2. Input new password and confirm password. 3. Click **RESET** button. 4. Click **OK** button and login again with new password. ### Security Question ``` Menu > Profile > Sequrity Question ``` 1. Open **Sequrity Question** page. 2. Choose question and input your answer. (Question No.1 - No.3) 3. Click **SAVE** button. ## Settings #### Settings on mobile *Settings are shown at the bottom of **Menu** page.* #### Settings on PC *Click at the left top of the screen.* ### Change Language #### Change Language on mobile 1. Open **Menu** page. 2. Scroll down to **Settings** area. 3. Click current language to change language. #### Change Language on PC 1. Open **Settings** navigation drawer. 2. Click current language to change language. ### Change Theme #### Change Theme on mobile 1. Open **Menu** page. 2. Scroll down to **Settings** area. 3. Click current theme to change theme. #### Change Theme on mobile 1. Open **Settings** navigation drawer. 2. Click current theme to change theme. ## Chat #### Chat on mobile *Click floating action button at the right top of the screen.* #### Chat on PC *Click on toolbar.* ### Send Message 1. Click to show message bar on footer. 1.
