Agenda breakdown

For awardee lightning talks, are we thinking 15 min slots, 5-10 min presentation with the remainder of the time for questions?

Any specific activities within mentor introductions, or meet and greet? e.g. quick opening statement on their interests?

We could do something structured in the afternoon on the following:

  • Helping the awardees identify gaps and stakeholders they need to be introduced to (we could do somethign up on a whiteboard where we map out the stakeholders for each of the projects and the overlaps)
  • We can support awardees to identify and discuss overlap across their projects and how they're complementary
  • We can co-create with the awardees 'ways of working' and how we'd like ot keep in touch with each other over Slack etc and have that community aspect.
