An attempt to catalog who is leading or responsible for aspects of IPFS community resources.
Some of these resources are listed at https://docs.ipfs.tech/community/ – which itself is a community resource.
@bmann started this in part from a discussion with Network Goods / IPFS Impact Evaluators discussion. One phrase was "The marketing person didn't seem to know any of the IPFS community channels".
Along with top tier annual events like IPFS Thing and IPFS Camp, and emerging IPFS & Friends and perhaps regional events, what are the community resources? Who is interested in maintaining and working on them? Which of them do we contribute to outside of a particular company? What are the sources of funding for the people responsible?
Has been used for some things like IPFS Thing 2022 notes and things.
Doesn't seem to be heavily used outside of support and using it for comments for the blog.
Lots of things seem to end up in PL Notion when it could be in public Discourse pages.
Attempt to use it for some WG stuff, could do more with this.
Events? Local community?

Seems to mirror Discourse forum in being heavily support focused. Experts tend to hang out in Filecoin Slack.
Bridged to lots of places like Matrix?

@bmann Overlap with Filecoin ecosystem, and maybe PLN Directory

Had a discussion at IPFS Thing 2022 (July) about making this a true community resource, and making this focused on open source code, where Ecosystem couldbe run by PL / focused on companies.

Probably can just use more promotion? What other IPFS events qualify? What else should be on here?
