# Tech Talks Season 2 Brainstorming

## Format
MWR: Without a full time producer, I believe our maximum bandwidth would be a session every other week. Bigger volume will require a full time producer and booker to line up guests, subjects, etc. If we catch some sponsors and grow in reach, this may open up. I personally like the interview format where we bring on a guest and have ddiscussions around what that guest does rather than a daily news pump (ala Ivan on Tech). For the 6 episodes of Season2, we could do something like this:

NEXT: DeFi infra interviews+deepdive: Argent, Maker, StakeFish
Panel discussion of previous episode after having some time to do some more research - incorporate AMA section.
Episode 3:
This specific format only requires us to line up 3 guests and positions us to deep dive on a topic to reveal quality rather than shallow info on a specific project.

## Topics
MWR: Considering we are seeing a trio of projects rising to the occasion in the PoS space, I think we should dedicate a pair of episodes to the following projeccts : ETH 2.0, Polkadot, Cardano
Guests could very from founders (if we are lucky), to technicians (SPOs etc.), to developers working on that platform who can speak specifically to PoS.
