# Info ## Time-table After careful consideration, including of your prefered timings, I have allotted what's in the table below. I think this is for good, so I request and suggest you all to stick to this. You are free to hangout, apart from your allotted time, at other times as well. It's a hangout session at the end of the day. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14kpIgeutGKstvFCwM3CpcOQba7xUi113x_Vr0qkC77o/edit?usp=sharing ## Links Big Blue Buttons for audio call and screen sharing / https://ournetworks.meet.coop/dc--xpj-qvx-e5o HackMD for online text editing / https://hackmd.io/@blink/ByLkNxLND/edit Code of Conduct: https://ournetworks.ca/code-of-conduct/ Blink submission: https://github.com/ournetworks/2020-submissions/issues/39 ## Guidelines 1. Set an alarm for your slot and be ready 10 mins before your time 2. Find a spot where your internet speed is better 3. Use a good microphone. If your room has lots of echo maybe move somewhere smaller or with more things in the room to diffuse the sound if possible. bbb has an echo test before the call starts. 4. While talking, you can reflect, brainstorm, ask questions, draw inferences from your experiences or field of study, and be polite :) 5. Engage with the topic: privacy in the digital space 6. Use the chat space and notes space on BBB 7. Try to limit all activity within your desktop/ laptop– as in, use your device as a tool and experiment/ play around with it. 8. Either turn the audio on or screensharing on. Do not use both as the output quality will be bad. 9. Who ever chooses to screen share has to assign themselves to be 'presenter'. Click on your name in the chat box to view the option. 10. Use HackMD to add content which you think is important and helpful 11. ***only close your tab when you exit the call**
