# Biweekly CVC Report #2

This biweekly publication is mainly intended to keep track of and broadcast what is discussed in Aligned Voter Committee (AVC) calls.
The very first month of AVC calls is now behind us. The first two weeks focused on the Stability and Liquidity Scope and the Decentralized Collateral Scope. The content of these calls has been condensed in [the first issue of this publication](). This second issue condenses the contents of the last two weeks of April, whose focus were the Real-World Asset Collateral Scope and the Ecosystem Scope.

## Highlights
These were the salient topics from the meetings of the past two weeks. Common or otherwise representative opinions and concerns have been extracted:
In the **Growth** CVC calls, discussions revolved around increasing the supply and demand of Dai (L2s, canonical Dai through bridges, wrapped Dai, role of subDAOs), deploying funds to incentivize decentralized exchange use, and increasing the use of decentralized collateral. There were also technical discussions with Derek on D3M, Teleport, and the possibility of deploying vat on L2, and a presentation by Vahan P. Roth, CIO and co-founder of RealUnit on private currencies and potential ways to detach from a dollar peg. Characteristics and jurisdictions of desirable real-world assets were discussed.
In the **ReFi** CVC calls, there were presentations by the Ambassador Program team and discussions how Dai can be used as a hedge against inflation in Latin America and strategies to grow Dai in the region. PVL made a presentation on Maker and AI. A new CVC member, SpaceXponential, was introduced.
In the **Composable** CVC call, discussions centered around fulfilling the quota of 12 Scopes per quarter while prioritizing the topics the CVCs are most capable of tackling, authoring Position documents, and streamlining CVC meetings to increase alignment. A new CVC member, DavidPhelps, was introduced.
In the **Resiliency** CVC calls, discussions were held on the voting rules within the CVC, ALM framework, and the workforce's expertise. With regards to forming ACs, discussions were held on developing a mechanism to shape the process, how to recommend process improvements as CVCs, including the description of appropriate qualifications, etc. The position documents were suggested to set hiring expectations for ACs.
In the **KISS** CVC calls, ADs agreed that the Position Document should: focus on Council members and expanding arranger pools, and increase minimum reserves to over 30% for safety. It was further discussed that Position Documents for each Scope should be drafted immediately after the meetings for the corresponding Scope. The conditions for KISS to ban a AD were discussed.
