# Skylab01 - Spring '25 Cohort Application To apply to the Spring '25 cohort', send an email to `stellar@blacksky.network` with the subject `Skylab01 <> Spring '25'`, answering the following: * **1. A short biography** (one paragraph) * **2. Links to social media and/or personal website(s)** * **3. Description of your independent project and what you hope to accomplish during the 90 days.** If it's a software project, how is the code licensed and how does it relate to the post-web? * **4. Where are you currently in your spiritual journey?** (how do you relate to other humans? to time? to the material? to spirits? how connected or disconnected do you feel?) * **5a. Do you crave more full independence during your residency or do you want to dedicate 30% of your time to a group project?** * **5b. If you want to dedicate time to a group project, what would you be most inspired to co-create with other cohort members in the 90 day period?** (e.g. organize an event? an album? a zine? a film? scientific experiments on psychic powers? etc.) * **6. What other kind of general group learning or recreational activities is your soul craving?** (e.g. spiritual education and storytelling, financial alchemy, yoga/meditation, hikes, book clubs, cooking, dance, intention circles, etc.) * **7. What communal tasks do you enjoy doing or you wouldn't mind doing?** (Grocery shopping, cooking, driving, picking people up from airport/ferry (90 min drive), establishing a garden, driving the garbage a mile away to the garbage can) * **8. What / who are some of your favorite movies, books, musicians, artists, etc.?** * **9. What is your energy exchange appetite / capability for the 90 days** ($300 to $1000/month)? * **10. On a scale of 1-10, how hopeful and optimistic are you about the idea of world peace?** Where 1 is "This is impossible and never going to happen" and 10 is "I am an emissary of peace sent here to do God's work". Feel free to explain your number. * **11. On a scale of 1-10, how much do you believe in your power to manifest whatever your heart desires?** Where 1 is "I believe in manifestation, but my default mentality is pessimistic, I generally feel untrustworthy of others and my own power for contributing to systemic change", where 5 is "I am oozing with powers that I don't know what to do with", and where 10 is "I am oozing with powers and my timeline is so clear". Feel free to explain your number. * **12. Feel free to share any additional comments, feedback, or questions.** *The final application deadline is February 21st 2025, but apply earlier if you can, as applicants will be accepted on a rolling basis. If your application is a fit, a video call will be scheduled within 14 days of submission.* # FAQ ## I can't make it for the entire period. Can I come for a shorter period as a guest? Priority will be given to residents who can stay for the entire three month period. If you are able to rent a car, we can make room for short-term guests. We ask that if you are applying as a guest, that you come with the intention of sharing knowledge, such as organizing a workshop, excursion, or lecture series. Please still fill out the application, and mention your ideal timeline, and proposed knowledge-sharing activity. ## Do I have to eat vegan? You do not have to eat vegan, but only vegan meals will be part of the communal cooking duties.
