## COVID test

### 1. Make a test withing 48 hours before arrival
- Accoring to the current regulations and experience of people recently traveled to China (June 2023) a self-test is enough. Have a photo of the test result in case you will be asked.

### 2. Fill in Healf Declaration

Scan with WeChat ("+" in the upper right corner -> "Scan") the right QR-code:


Fill it in less 24 hours before arrival to China. You can also do it there but it requires Internet connection. You will be asked to declare that you are filling well and specify the result of COVID test (positive/negative). You will be asked to provide your personal information, the history of travels with past 14 days, flight details, contact person in China.

The Offline session on the 20th and the subsequent Physics session from 21st to 22nd will be held at the Chikan Visitor Center. The Commissioning session on the 23rd will be held at the Pantower Hotel. On the evening of the 22nd, we will arrange shuttle buses from Chikan to the Pantower Hotel.

From Guangzhou Baiyun Airport to the meeting hotel (Chikan Ancient Town)

We will arrange two buses to pick you up from Baiyun Airport（No.B6 gate, T1）to the hotel at 14:30 and 18:00 on July 19th, please choose the flight with the appropriate arrival time. (Pick-up person: Yuexiang Liu, 13824011871)

1.3 From Kaiping South Train Station to the hotel. If you take the train, you can choose Kaiping South Train Station as the destination station, which is about 20km away (about 50RMB) from the hotel. You can take taxi by yourself, when you take taxi, Please show this to the taxi driver
