* Download Genbank files of Level 1 they just created (by user)

- Extra features:
- Application should check level0 and backbones for >2 BsaI sites. If that's the case: The user should get an error.
- Check level0 for > 1 BsmB1 site. If that's the case: The user should get an error.
- Extra radiobutton "ALL" in radiorow of overhangs
- In addition to the standard set of overhangs, all other possible overhangs should be available as non-standard overhangs.
