I am thinking "what is this and what's going on?" * I crashed when deleting TestNet account **Creating a new Account** * I waited 5 minutes for Autonomy to confirm email confirmation was sent. It never happened and the app seemed to stop or reset itself. It just went back to the enter email prompt. * I tried again, it went through after 15 seconds * Bootstrapping Autonomy Screen : what am I looking at, two eggs cut in half? * Image changes to initializing Your Full Node: this looks like the charts at the shooting range. I am guessing these are slowly combining now. * I wish I could be told to come back in X time. * Every single step is soooooooo slow. It's not wait a couple of moments slow, it's go read a page and come back slow. The overall point is that I neither feel it's safe or easy. **Deposit tBTC** **Send tBTC** * I don't know how to send money to the emergency contact. Shouldn't I be able to drop down or pick from the send screen? Even if I go to Emergency Contact, I can't find the address. * Sometime the amount field turns red and I couldn’t send the money. I don’t know why. * I’d like to have a function to send all funds to another wallet (easy for testing for migrating to another wallet). * Waiting for processing fee or sending is very long * Cannot send right after receiving BTC (possibility is money is not confirmed but still showing in balance) **Restore from iCloud and Bitmark** * All of sudden, my app asked me to test the resilience of my wallet. I find it quite awkward. (The first two steps and the last step in setting up a safe wallet are disconnected.) * Blowing up the account was a complete shock and surprise. If we are optimizing for short attention spans and getting people quickly through steps, people like me won't really understand what happened. We could also send the user an email to let them know what happened, and that everything is ok, here's how to start recovery. * I don't use iCloud so I have been using the email recovery. Sending the email takes at least 10 seconds in the app (the sending confirmation) * After recovery, seeing my current BTC amount was very slow. I don't know if it refreshes automatically, but it started at 0 and then I dragged down a few times over 15 seconds to see what happened to money. It's not a good feeling to "recover" and see my money at zero. The node % at the top of the screen was already 100% as well. There isn’t any note that the app needs to update or that there may be a lag in getting everything current. **Contact Bitmark Customer Support** * If you have my email, couldn't you send me an email to confirm that the message has been received and the content of the email? **Other feedback** * We should review what we should display about user’s node. * MEMPOOL: the max mempool size is set to 100 now (default=300) * VERSION: this is not the real value. Should we should the bitcoind version, or the Autonomy pod version? * RECV & SENT: not sure what this means to users. * WALLET-NAME: this is not the real wallet name in your bitcoind. How to get the node info and enter the tx page is not obvious in this UI. * It took a long time to show my balance.
