# WORK Token Initial Recommendations
## Supply Recommendations
1. We halve token emissions every fix number of Epochs achieved -- either 10 or 20 based on further analysis. To do this we need to make sure that the halving schedule is clear and well communicated, so it can drive a reason to buy the token now, join the commons before a certain date. Make sure that the halvenings match up with member growth goals and incentives and potential profitability / distributions.
2. Explore a "play" token that is minted when people stake WORK or WORK LP tokens in a way that generates Play which might have a separate utility (wait until the main token has more support).
## Demand Recommendations
1. Explore utility based mostly on coalition members or potential coalition members staking or burning tokens to post opportuntities within our Discord or a token gated site just for members. Also explore the possibility of members staking to list their skills / enter this ecosystem.
2. Staking tokens for access to special features / events, early access. This likely needs to sync with the exploration of the Play token.
3. (For post-funding round) Explore institutional level liquidity partners and listing on multiple exchanges.

Ideas:

### Target Token Hodler
Persona: We probably don't want the degens, pump-and-dumpers, pro yeild farmers (speculators). Do we want the average person who just wants to hold some token go-up (more retail, value investors)?
Need: Listing on major exchanges with on- / off-ramps
### Target Employee Members
Persona: Earns tokens for running payroll. They will benefit from future profit distributions based on their token holdings.
Need: Better shilling of this feature. Better staking visibility to show APY or something.
Idea: Staking huge amounts of tokens for discounts on healthcare, Opolis fees. Verified credentials. Posting your resume, etc.
### Target Coalition Member
Persona: Coalition members are the referral sources / channel partners for us.
Need: Stake or spend tokens to post jobs, be in the accounting network, etc. Maybe also force the posters, etc. to be Coalition members and then staking / WORK fees are for better visibility.
### Target Institutionals
Persona: These are large buyers like crypto hedge funds, family offices, professionals. They look for marketing making opportunity and arb.
Need: Deeper liquidity
