# BED.MONEY BUSINESS PROCESS
Implement a Human-Centric Business Process Modeling to understand and optimise our research process.
The output should be a diagram showing the different roles, data, workflows and interactions at each step between each person.
The diagram should take from our past experience, and propose an ideal process based on what we have learned. Wwe have only done just 1 study, "Money Moves", but that established us, and gave us experience to come up with a more ideal process for our future research.
It is not meant to be an accurate representation of our past but what would be effective as a process to use going forward.
## Things we learned about our research process
1. Screeners should be used before interviews to ensure we have a diverse set of personas (if we are looking for diversity).
2. This could be relaxed during planning phase when we have exploritory interviews to figure out what the questionaire would look like.
3. Open the study design to more people in the community, present on calls and take in feedback. So that the process is more transparent.
4. Create country profile with Demographic, Bitcoin info, and Local Payment Methods during topic discovery phase. So we understand the local enviroment better.
5. Contracts need to be signed upfront. Otherwise it piles up in the adminstration backlog and we cannot risk scaling with such bad practices.
6. Pay interviewers/researchers for one or two interview at a time so we have more time to do Quality Assurance (e.g. trinidad issues)
7. Local Expert Interviews / Connect with a local bitcoiner during the discovery phase. So we know what is available to us for the local payments, and bitcoin.
### Requirements
1. Use the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) for all diagrams.
2. Clearly state each role, their workflows, and how they interact with one another.
