- List of all incoming and outgoing payments
- Possible issues:
1. Incomplete data
- No type in certain transactions
- No amount in certain transactions
Because of incomplete data we are not able to get full reports, so it means that not all 110 records will be takes into consideration while creating analysis and reports.
2. Confusing data? Based on some feedback we got, not all columns provided in Airtable are necessary (Item).
- Item: One person said it doesn't mean a lot from a reason that first 40 records look like a description and the rest is the day:
- Transportation
- Borrowed
- Brunch, etc
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday, etc
Full Reports
- Things missing to get full reports:
> I required statement in which the payment receipt and outgoing is show as recorded in airtable
- if we get MoMo statement it would be also useful.
Missing Figures
- Missing figure for online transaction can be find out by Momo statement.
- Cash transaction figures are missing so the person who is spending and recording can only give the information about cash missing.
> If MoMo statement If useful we wouldn't be requiring bank statement but if it's not so we can overview bank to find the missing figure if any transaction is taken place from bank.
