# Researcher Manual ## Intro We are creating an open repository of user personas and user research so open source bitcoin designers and developers can get more insights on their potential users and identify and address key UX challenges within financial payment systems and their projects. We do this by collecting and anonymising qualative research. We go to places where designers find it challenging to find information. ## Job Description BED.MONEY is looking for someone who will assist with our project by terminating tasks listed below. :arrow_down: 1. [Money Services](...) ### Responsabilities - While creating content researcher **MUST** put references in every document they are writting - Share ideas and opinions - Researcher has to be in a communication with BED.MONEY team and interviewers in the country they are doing the research for - Share created content with someone who can review it (team, lead researcher, etc) - For any obscurities reach out to someone in BED.MONEY team - Using a tool for tracking ToDo, In progres and Done task - Use shared links above as an example and guidance for how content should look - Look for refferences in team notes in HackMD - Researcher can use references and quotes from already created documents in HackMD if it is applicable, especially for demographic content ### Goals - Finish creating 1 User Persona in 2 working days (1 day preferable) - Importing Diary Study data should take 3 hours at most (can be more or less depending on the amount of touchpoints) - Structuring Diary Study data should take about 3 hours (can be more or less depending on the amount of touchpoints) - Demographic Content - Country (1 hour) - The currency (1 hour) - Population (3 hours) - Density (2 hour) - Urban & Ruaral areas (2 - 3 hours) - Education (1 hour) - Country Profile (2 - 3 days, depending on the content) - Money Services ... ? ## Documentation Researcher must document everything on: - Github - Airtable
