These user research "nuggets" can be determined by using an introduction screener, it might ask the designer questions such as: - What type of traits are you interested in learning about/looking to find? - What types of financial problems are you looking to solve? - What demographic are you having trouble targeting? - What area of financial data are you particulary interested in finding more of?
