### Behavior
- Has a couple of financial apps on the phone
- When singing up for a new account, prefers to sign up with an email address than the phone number
- Would provide a phone number if there is no other option, but would be very sceptical about it and only if it's a credible app
- Check email address daily
- Phone has a memory of 64GB
- Has a previously lost phone and lost access to photos, videos and contacts, it couldn't be retrieved

- Would give the PIN to the person fixing the phone

> I was able to regain it and I would say that the process was tedious, because when it comes to technology, I don't really like it that much. It's just a new way, so that's why I use it.
