I'm just used to take it and put it back in manually. - Never tried transfering money online to another account - When paying for a service, prefers to do it on the site, because eliminates long lines in the bank - Uses Online Banking - Never sent or received money from abroad - For a side hustle prefers to be paid in cash - Makes at least 2 transactions per day - COVID-19 has affected they way money is being spent, spendings are increased > - In my household not everyone is a permament worker, so we have to take all of these things into consideration. - Would borrow money to friends & family, only if it's affordable, person would payback when they receive their salary | Preferences | | | ---------------- | ----------------------------- | | Store | Personal Bank Accounts, Cash, Credit Unions | | Primary Store of Value | Personal Bank Account | | Spending Wallet | Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card | | High Value Transactions | Personal Bank Account | | High Value | >1000TTD | | Digital Banking | None | | Prefered Payment Method | Cash | | Fee | - | | Money Management Strictness | Stores savings in another banking institution and Credit Union as well | | Money Mindset | ??? | ### Conveniences - Likes the convenience of paying bills from your home > I am skeptical about using my card online, but I like the convenience of being able to do it from home. - Easy access of cash while getting paid outside of the main job - Manually keeps track of borrowed money ### Frustrations - All the fraud that has been going on, brought fear for using cards online > I am not comfortable, but it eliminates bank lines, so that is why I do it. ### Money Management - Online Banking is being used to keep track of savings and spendings > Online Banking will let me know how much money I have and how much money I spent - Keeps track of borrowed money manually or just memorizes it | TECH SPECS | | | ---------------------- | ------------ | | Phone Model | iPhone | | Phone OS | Apple | | SD Card | No | | Provider | BMOBILE | | Previously Lost Phone | Yes | | Desktop/Laptop | Yes | | Email Address | >1 | | Cloud Provider | Google Photos| | Cloud Storage Capacity | - | | Storage Cost | - | | Out of Space Warnings | No | ### Behavior - Has a couple of financial apps on the phone - When singing up for a new account, prefers to sign up with an email address than the phone number - Would provide a phone number if there is no other option, but would be very sceptical about it and only if it's a credible app - Check email address daily - Phone has a memory of 64GB - Has a previously lost phone and lost access to photos, videos and contacts, it couldn't be retrieved - Uses iCloud for backup - Cautious about PIN security - Would give the PIN to the person fixing the phone > If it comes down to having to give them the password for the purpose of fixing the phone I would, but I would be very skeptical because they would have access to personal information. ### Conveniences - Convenience of signing up for an account with an email address, rather than the mobile phone, business is ususally done through email - If the phone runs out of space, apps would be deleted in order of importance ### Frustrations - Logging into iCloud account from someone elses device is a no because of security reasons - Lost access to an account before > I was able to regain it and I would say that the process was tedious, because when it comes to technology, I don't really like it that much. It's just a new way, so that's why I use it.
