## CI/CD

## Infrastructure

**Nginx**:
- Domains are bought from Gandi
- A records are Routed to the elastic IP?
- The domain's Nameserver is the Gandi
- BeCalc is on Route53

## CI/CD

- Knime flows are not compatible with git
- Branches are still used:
- New updates are on the Dev branch
- Merges to master on new commits to production
- RC branches are new releases
- The flow is:
- Dev -> RC -> Master
- Stories and Feature branches are used
- More for Dev orientated
- Stories are for issues
- Feature branches are for long term features.

**Infrastructure**:
- Come up with a short list of major changes
- Powerpoint of suggestions
- **Proposal to be written for next meeting**
- Or a few slides showing your understanding of the current set-up
- Network schemas
- Overview

> They would like an S3 bucket to store all intermediate computions and the Dynamo DB to stock outputs of the models.

**CI/CD**:
- Objective:
- First shot of automation possibilities
- Presentation focusing on ideas rather than technoligies
- The idea is to get used to the stack
- Same objective as infrastructure; presentation on what we understand about the release process

- Ideas:
- Replace bash scripts to build containers with Ansible playbook?
