### Optimistic Landscapes:

SILO is a worker cooperative, formed by myself and developers from DAOhaus.

We designed a way for artists to sell NFTs to crowdfund LP Cooperatives that are owned and governed by those NFTs.

Here are our objectives:
* Hold a bunch of veVELO
* Build LPs for projects and accumulate positions.
* Serve OP communities to build LP DAOs for them.
* Help communities onboard to Optimism and join Velodrome.
* Integrate Moloch RDF into Manifold Studio as an App so any artist can launch a treasury.

Each NFT gets 1 vote, and 1 share.

We are trying to build the value of our treasury, while serving client communities.

#### How it Works:


* Manifold provides Creator Tools.
* Velodrome Relay Vaults automate LP Management and Voting strategies.
* TokenBound enables NFTs to own Shares via 6551 Accounts.
* Moloch v3 provides DAO Tools for Proposals, Delegation, and UI.
* Gnosis Safe provides Treasury Management Tools.
* Optimism provides scalability and affordable transaction costs.
* Sudoswap provides Batch Auction tools and LP for NFTs.

### What's an LP Cooperative?

Imagine a Multisig, that is owned by a NFT Collection, where each NFT is a signer.

We want to build up veVELO in that treasury, and then vote for the highest bribes possible each week. Then, we want to take those rewards, and build LP positions.


Moloch Treasuries have SHARES and LOOT, which can be burned to claim underlying equity.

* SHARES are soulbound in the NFTs, and represent governance, and equity.
* LOOT are ERC20 tokens, and they represent equity.

Because veVELO bribes create LP, and LP creates VELO, we can also build DAO Owned SILO-VELO LP on Velodrome.

#### THE LANDSCAPES:


The Landscapes are meant to be a conversation starter, as well as something which can be thematically varied for different communities, but still feel like a coherent collection. Since I am using Manifold, they can be released in small, high quality batches.

The DAO manages the sale of the Landscapes on Sudoswap.

The sales from a batch of NFTs goes toward building veVELO and LP for that project.

If that batch goes unsold, then, the inventory remains under ownership of the Treasury.

#### ALCHEMIX:

Initial Development Funds were raised in the form of Grants from ALCHEMIX and DAOhaus.

ALCHEMIX is our first client.

I spoke to their community, presented a grant, and got funding for development, as well as an artist that they wanted to represent their collection.
* Shizzy.eth painted some beautiful Alchemistresses.

The Alchemix Moloch Treasury will build alAsset LP and veVELO on Velodrome.

#### PROSPECTS:

Now that we have MOLOCH RDF built, and the Alchemix Treasury is launching, we will have a working model to demonstrate what a Moloch LP Cooperative looks like.

This ought to accellerate our efforts toward organizing crowdfunding campaigns and NFT collections for LP Cooperatives on Optimism.
