# An Introduction to TAVNS Electrical Stimulation Programming in NI LabVIEW ## SOP 迷走神經耳電刺激操作流程(SOP) 一、 架設備 1. 開啟電腦電源。 2. 插入DAQ卡、USB卡後,開啟電源。 3. 開啟DS5之電源(屁股),插入連接線(將電極依照正負極插入。 5. 開啟NI程式,鍵入受試者姓名、日期。 二、 準備實驗-受試者準備 1. 清潔受試者之左耳並卸下耳朵周圍無金屬飾品,如耳環、髮夾等。 2. 將電極片塗上適量導電膠。 3. 使用彈性繃帶將塗有導電膠的電極片黏貼於電刺激部位(注意正負極),並觀察及確認黏貼位置確實服貼。 三、 DS5儀器準備設定 1. 按下NI程式之run➪按鈕後執行Auto zero。 2. 開啟DS5之脈衝開關(上扳or下扳)。 3. 將NI程式之頁籤(tab)切換為Testing Mode,由50 μA為電流起始值,詢問受試者是否有感覺,若受試者無感覺,以50 μA為單位依序增加電流量,直到有感覺時,將此電流數值,設置於NI程式中As stim threshold。 4. 完成stim threshold之設置後,繼續增加電流強度,直到受試者感覺有點不適,其數值設置在NI程式中As max threshold。 5. 由stim threshold 及max threshold之平均值作為刺激強度並執行save amplitude(儲存此電流刺激之振福)。 6. NI程式中Testing Mode所需執行工作包含:確認stim threshold、max threshold、刺激強度(平均值),save amplitude皆完成後按done以結束Testing Mode。 7. 將NI程式之頁籤(tab)切換為Running Mode,讀取檔案?,再按下run➪按鈕。 8. 執行時間超過1530秒後可停止程式。 四、 收拾 1. 關閉DS5之脈衝開關(上扳or下扳)。 2. 關DAQ卡、DS5開關、電腦電源 3. 清潔電極(水洗)、自然風乾 ## GUI ![image](https://hackmd.io/_uploads/r1dHBsG1R.png) ## Module code ![image](https://hackmd.io/_uploads/BkqK8of1A.png) ![image](https://hackmd.io/_uploads/SkSYpk7y0.png) ## Setting ### step1 *If the computer is already connected to the DAQ device, this step can be skipped.* * To accommodate various DAQ devices.
