Our goal for this week was very clear.
- Give the first step into de development of partner portal.

### 1: Informations needed
Dorin have show to us how to transfer the domain to another aws account, now we need Edward to do the transfer.

To get it done we:
- [x] have choosed the admin template in react - [fuse](http://react-material.fusetheme.com/apps/dashboards/analytics)
- [x] developed a boilerplate with:
- [x] UI testing framework [cypress](https://www.cypress.io/)
- [x] React using the new [Context API](https://pt-br.reactjs.org/docs/context.html)
- [x] [Typescript](https://www.typescriptlang.org/) for a more healthy development process
- created a infra project that will host everthing need to develop and deploy all about the project
