## Brief
Input some information about your vaccination or standard neutralizing antibody test result to predict your risk of infection in certain cities.

**Input:**
1. Age, Sex, vaccination date, type of vaccine, vaccination counts and travel destination
2. Test paper image

**Output:**
Personal infection risk = Vaccine protection + City risk

**Remark**
City risk = Ratio of 7-day new diagnosis rate of the city and 7-day new diagnosis of Wuhan city, which was in the most severe situation (Feb 10th, 2020).
Vaccine protection data refer to the 3rd phase experiment reports from the vaccine company. Some missing data are estimated based on the reference thesis.
