# LexDAO Entity Bot (Lexy?)

This is a document about training the LexDAO Entity Bot (LEB) to provide DAO summoners with a list of legal structures to learn more available entities from around the world.

As this is an experimental project, and is constantly evolving, please consult with an attorney before setting up any entity. Nothing LEB provides is legal advice. ==Use at your own risk.==

*Notes*
We use the [OpenAI Playground](https://platform.openai.com/playground) to train AIs. If you wish to test out the sample prompts below, you will need an OpenAI account to access the Playground page.

## Bot Flow

The Bot Flow is a process for train the AI bot to ultimately produce a list of legal structures for DAOs to learn about. Because the process of evaluating and analyzing legal entities is nuanced and requires understanding from legal professionals from around the world, we believe it's best to open source and most importantly, invite everyone interested to help improve this process.

### 1. Understand DAO Activities
