# Support Meeting Agenda - February 2025 ## Updates - **Support Squid:** A few support patrol members have launched a public forum using flarum, and I believe have plans to add additional data sources (https://get.supportsquid.ink/) ## Discussions - **Listing support patrol members:** We don't currently publicly list support patrol. There's a few places we can (support docs, community site), and would be a way to publicly recognise volunteers. - **Rethinking @support-patrol mentions:** The current state of things looks like this: - Currently, anyone can mention @support-patrol, with the intent to be when a question has gone unanswered or has reached a tricky point, after some time. - This is maybe not communicated in the best way, and can lead to people using it shortly after posting. - People asking for support can feel disheartened when the first responses to their request derail their question. These are some of the possible solutions - Restrict mentions to @support-patrol and above using a bot command (see [withastro/houston-discord#101](https://github.com/withastro/houston-discord/pull/101)) - Allow support patrol members who are less active to opt-out of pings (@support-patrol-inactive role?)
