- look for unanswered threads that still need help
- use/show the OP how to use /docs to see if that helps?
- read through and up/down vote Kappa AI threads so we have a better idea of how helpful it was
- tell people to run astro info when it seems like we'll need to know more about their system to help them
- look for "orphaned posts" e.g. people in general whose posts get no response and ask them to post in support!
- .... and then HOW to let them know they can do these things!
