Support thread observations

Anything to report to core/platform like:

• any newer features seem to be generating a lot of support requests? Is this a sign for docs that we haven't explained something well enough, or a sign for our dev work that some features/API are confusing, unintuitive or not working as people think they should?
• noticing more new people joining recently: does there seem to be a pattern to what new people are asking about? What kinds of things are people asking about with the "getting started" tag, and are there areas where we can improve our onboarding experience (docs, marketing) so that people are more successful in the beginning?
• Any pain points to report? Any resources or support that core can provide to help?

Updates

• Some point in the next few weeks, we'll be updating We've updated the DEVELOPMENT category on Discord to better reflect it's use-case of contributing to Astro. Hopefully we'll see this help reduce support questions to those channels.
