* how does the [sublime text editor](https://www.sublimetext.com/index2) work?
* To link to any page, simply highlight the text to be linked, press the link button, and fill in the URL
* To link to another HackMD page?
* [Life Itself Knowledgebase](/b2aZwedWRey1XI7bxCqfBg)
* Start with square brackets. Page names will appear as one starts typing.
* Alternatively one can create a [new page like this](/cg1IPGthR36sKpJetccaog)
* Neither the link to the note, nor the title of the note, are expressed in the actual URL. Rather, it looks like a random alphanumeric string.
* The displayed link text is entirely arbitrary. There is no way of linking to page directly via its internal name, as with mediawiki.
* You need to provide a name for the note in full before pressing the button to create the new note.
* You can rename it internally, but that isn't going to change any links etc.
* You can rename it on your own index — see the note itself.
