## Current Clients

#### Whale Street
- Vii (Client) is unresponsive, even though they've paid and want to keep us on retainer.
- There's not enough guidance & push to move things forward, but there's a call to align on their expectations / involvement in setting up the DAO.
- Opolis: Previous experiences of scope-creep & lack of clarity between what we can do / work on
- Having clear communications & scope will help us work more effectively

#### Rara (Sydney)

- Really strong team, but needs advisory on tokenomics model

#### Rigor (Will)
- Just had discovery call & done [Project Charter](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UItuBu0vODYmy09-MbPS0gFLAuynpdJHSS84juYraqQ/edit?usp=sharing). Help needed in
- Spinning up & onboarding members to DAO
- Fundraising ($1-3M target to bootstrap home-building with DeFi)
- Technical documentation
- Minion development & integration with Discord
- Setup & temporary management of Twitter
- Lending platform for buying & building land (starting from Florida)
- Generally bullish on the project & team (built 8000 homes per year), but cautious about owning social media. We're aligned to do Discord design/implementation
- Pricing target at $40K

#### Diamond DAO (Helmass)
- Setting up a discovery call on tokenomics, business development, community onboarding to Chainverse Community Manager UI (platform).
- Raised $1.1M (MetaCartel, SeedClub) and building MVP which is ready in December

#### Bounties DAO (Helmass)
- Scoped out [Project Charter](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1BqYOVsX11hRfoP3neQe41XnOFqNwAqHVVX9oazs7_Xw/edit) except for compensation
- Fundraising & tokenomics with advisors
- Securing partnerships
- Forming the DAO and onboarding DAO members
- Relaunching Standard Bounties V3 (initial launch in 2018) at ETH Denver
- Proposed Bounties DAO sponsor Raid Guild to build the base protocol.
- Will: When we're the only ones driving the tokenomics, it could be worrying in the long run
- Yalor: Yalor & Helmass are generally involved & bullish on the potential of what they're building. Building up liquidity pipeline from Friends & Family

#### Dystopia Labs (Yalor/Ryan)
- WAGMI events kicking off & [WAGMI token announcement](https://dystopialabs.medium.com/dystopia-labs-launches-wgmi-a-social-token-for-global-event-access-459df8ddbb14) done
- Payment received and scheduled to start work in January
- Currently, there's no way to get WAGMI unless you are a event organiser or sponsor. Qualitatively, this relationship will be a good value-add for lead generation

#### Polygon DAO
- Moving on because Polygon might be internalising these workstreams into their DAO
