More specifically, we have created a 4-article series: 1. Narrative: Vision, Purpose & Why should people care? 2. Product: Product & use cases to achieve Swingby's vision 3. Tech: Technical Upgrades & smart contracts to build the Product 4. Community: AMA & Dev Update In November, the key highlight is the Testnet Launch and marketing / community efforts should focus on updates or indicators of progress. Continuation of marketing momentum 2. Planning for testnet launch ## November Scope ### 1. **Continue marketing momentum with our content marketing** > We have kickstarted momentum with 4 back-to-back articles. The intensity & frequency is good-to-have, but not necessary (unless we have good talking points to create content with). Furthermore, we have an upcoming MarketAcross PR engagement, which the team needs to decide the objective & timing of the press launch. These are important decisions that we need to make before the testnet, mainnet and PR launch, so we should define these when we have time. * (A) Create a marketing plan for Testnet Launch (Targeted Dec 2021) * Approach: MarketAcross to focus on external outreach, Swingby team to focus on community engagement & content marketing * Deliverable: * Weekly plan for December's Testnet Launch on community engagement, content marketing plan * Community campaigns for Testnet Launch * (B) Engage with MarketAcross to finalise: * Timeline for engagement (how do we navigate the milestones? And uncertainty of timelines?) * Messaging, Channels & Approach for actual press outreach * Deliverable: Achieve sufficient information gathering & stakeholder alignment to kickstar the PR engagement ### Estimated Cost: USD 6,500 --- ## Looking Forward I understand that the team is looking for a full-time marketing person at some point for continuity & longevity of marketing. To help with continuity, I can assure the team that I can dedicate time in December to execute on the testnet launch campaigns (I can re-quote after the planning). Beyond that, if the team wants a heavier ramp-up on mainnet launch, it might be better to have a full-time marketing person to execute it.
