- Scaled down to 1 deliverable for 6 weeks

- Ryan: Duplicate the Project Gantt & fill in timelines

**Diamond DAO** `New Lead`
- Diamond DAO creates dashboard for DAO community managers & members to analyse commuinty health data (on & off-chain) and take action
- Presented to MetaCartel community for grants (An analysis on MetaCartel ecosystem)
- Raised pre-seed at $6M valuation & building MVP over the next 3 months
- Need to validate whether there is enough demand / mindshare, given that the round is small & the analytics product might be a small piece of the puzzle
- Ryan's take: Fairly familiar with community & thinking about the right things
- **Needs help** in:
- Tokenomics
- Regulatory & legal assistance
- Generally informal engagement but founder sounds like he has a soft close on his side. First call done with Yalor & Jordan (Diamond DAO founder)
- **Next steps**:
- Ryan: Arrange first formalised conversation to discover client's needs, before we create the proposal
