# Project Plan for Swingby's Testnet Launch
This document lays out the Project Plan for Swingby's Testnet Launch (mainly Swingby's objective, scope and timelines).
Given the Testnet Launch objectives (covered in next section) and tight timelines (22 October), we will **focus our efforts mainly on the Memes (aka Marketing)** as it is the most lacking pillar for Swingby now.

The Marketing Framework that will underpin the deliverables of this project is as follows.

From the Framework, the scope planned below ensures we can deliver the deliverables and **drive up engagement over 4 weeks.**

Once the Scope has been delivered, Swingby would be able to better **synergise other efforts in the Memes/Marketing Pillar or even work on other pillars (e.g. Liquidity / Tech)** for a stronger flywheel effect. At the end of this project, we can do a **pre-post analysis**, looking at how we can double down or switch our focus to different pillars to **further enhance this flywheel effect**.

All of the project management and marketing execution efforts will be done and delivered by myself (or contractors sourced by myself, if needed).
Effort & time required for the team includes:
