背景
新冠肆虐全球，大減餐廳的內用生意，而外送訂餐儼然已成為生活常態。
數據
聯卡中心
2020年疫情爆發後刷卡外送的筆數最高峰落在去年4月時的612萬次，較未爆發前成長一倍多，創下單月歷史新高紀錄。
Foodpanda
5月14日起整體訂單量成長約2成，其中以生鮮雜貨類成長幅度最大，平均訂單量成長近5倍；餐飲部分則以用餐時段成長較為明顯，整體訂單量成長幅度近4成。
現有策略
提出了無接觸外送 - foodpanda在領取商品時，外送員與消費者保持1公尺以上的距離。而uber eat採用線上支付或是放在門口。

提案
自動領取餐點自走車。
功能
主要功能
智慧型自走車會在被通知餐點到達時前往消費者的家門口取餐，讓消費者不需要直接與外送員面對面取餐，減少染疫風險。
消毒功能
避免外送員手上細菌，具備噴灑酒精功能給予外送員使用。
秤重功能
我們都很討厭外送員可能會偷吃珍貴食物的情況，這樣會讓心情很不好，所以這台自走車會利用秤重功能得知食物重量是否有減少，如果發現有重量不對的情況就會通知外送平台客服。
取餐通知功能
在外送員送完餐點後自走車會確認是否已收到餐點，假如確認收到完整的餐點，則自走車會利用Line Bot聊天機器人傳送確認收到通知給消費者，並且同步通知外送平台。
總結
從房間到門口的距離也就10公尺，取餐自走車看似多餘，卻是有存在的價值。
- 獨居老人行動不便，飲食須靠社會局協助供給，而社福志工人力短缺，需要靠自動化的送餐方式改善。
- 外送人員在病毒的壟罩下，持續送餐滿足大眾的口腹之慾，自動化送餐，可保障外送員高風險族群免於感染。
- 取餐自走車看似暫時的疫情產物，但自動化的時代早已來臨，自走車是"智慧居家"的體現。
