--- tags: jk --- # Learning Lab Undergraduate Fellows 2021-2022 Learning Lab Undergraduate Fellows, or "LLUFs" are at the heart of everything we do. While our mission as a teaching and learning center focuses on supporting the faculty we partner with, our work undoubtedly reaches new levels because we include students in our design process. While they are just embarking their own academic careers, they arleady hold the exact expertise we require to succeed in each workshop, resource, and assignment we develop; they are expert learners. As we reach towards the horizons of what the future of teaching holds, we find ourselves turning again and again to the wonderful intuitions of our LLUFs. Many of the requests we reiceve emerge from a desire to engage in academic ideas through new and unconventional modes of communication. As we test out these new assignments and run through the workshops we are preparing, our LLUFs get a taste of how to communicate in these unconventional modes. They eagerly seek to learn more skills in the tools that seem most relevant and interesting to their own academic pursuits.
