## Meeting 9/20/21
- Finish up project groups and present
- BIDC Access
- Talk about how to get access, direct to links posted in discord
- Make sure you have your badges completed and you can buddy up with someone with swipe access to get in
- Start setting deadlines of things that need to be done
- Fall break: second prototype of robot done, voice recognition finished, knowing how to move the robot, identifying robot shapes and apriltags to create the xy-coordinate plane
- Put together shopping list for things that we for sure need soon
- Especially batteries!!
- Wheels, collars, wheel hubs
- Get people added to Google Drive

## Meeting 9/27/21
- Did everyone take the Bechtel badges
- Any updates in the subteams
- Working in groups
- Plan for hardware? Get into Bechtel this week

## Meeting 10/18/21
- Ben's demonstration of voice recognition software
- Sit down and talk about pricing for software and what the best way to approach it is
- Check out Sphinx voice recognition from CMU
- Paul and Kathy's update on the CNC motor mounts
- What did they determine during the Bechtel meeting? Will we also be doing 3D printed mounts? What are THEY interested in learning more about and doing?
- Talk about integration
- How should we approach it?
- What parts do we already have?
- What are the next steps?
- Computer Vision --> Vinitha will be working on a simulation
- Any other updates?

## Meeting 10/25/21
- Talk about fabric chess board - is this what we should go for?
- Hardware updates
- Paul and Kathy - any problems, updates, anything you need
- Salil and Kelsey - motor mount should be 3D printed by now, analyze and test
- Software updates - mostly what happened on Saturday
- Updates on computer vision and voice recognition
- Everything is set up to run on the Raspberry Pi
- Feedback on the Workshop?
- Get information about setting up the environment so that I can add it to the Wiki
